Quotes and availability

Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Tours and driver services are confirmed only after HTP Tours replies with availability and pricing. Prices shown on the site are starting prices and may vary with itinerary, group size, dates, and applicable taxes.

Payment

Payment terms are provided with your quote. Driver service amounts are generally due at pickup unless agreed otherwise. Invoices include applicable HST.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change policies depend on the itinerary and any third-party reservations. We will explain the applicable terms in your quote before you confirm.

Travel responsibilities

You are responsible for arriving on time, providing accurate pickup details, and ensuring you have valid identification and documents for your trip. HTP Tours is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, border procedures, or events outside our reasonable control.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access administrative areas without authorization, or submit false or unlawful requests.
